Marmitek X10 Motor Drive Switch

Features

• Replaces the normal wall switch for the shutter, curtain, projector screen or sunshade motor control and responds to X10 signals.
• Works with any X10 controller and can also be used as an ordinary switch.

The unit is a receiver module that is controlled by any X10 controller. It can be used for curtains, projector screens, sun shades and shutters. The most common application is shutter control. The unit controls the position of a shutter or a blind either in response to X10 signals received on the powerline or manually from push buttons on the front of the unit.

If the X10 command is in "standard" format, the unit can be:

• Fully opened in response to On
• Fully closed in response to Off
• Set half open in response to Dim or Bright

If the X10 command is in the "professional" format, intermediate openings are also possible.

Applications

Make your house look "lived-in" when you are away with presence simulation of your shutters or curtains. When going out, one button controls all shutters.

Please note the unit has a full face cover not shown in the photograph. The top is the Up direction denoted by an up arrow on the cover face and likewise the bottom is the Down direction denoted by a down arrow on the cover face.
