Does exactly what is says on the tin. Easy to use product. I'm currently using this in conjunction with an AM12U appliance unit to act as a timer for our boiler. The boiler is located in a garage with a standard plug in timer controlling it. Not very useful if you happen to be in when the timer switches to off, it meant a trip to open the garage and change the timer. X10 solved this problem with no wiring. The only down side is that the timer doesn't allow different timed events for different days.
