The Z-Wave wireless water leak, freeze and temperature alarm sensor when associated into a Z-Wave network, will provide you with a warning when you have a water leak or the temperature in your property is likely to cause the pipes to freeze. Obviously this is extremely useful to avoid excessive damage occuring and with a suitable Z-Wave controller like Vera you can be notified even when you are away from your home.
