The on-line purchase was painless and I was kept up to date with each stage of the delivery process.
The product from Merlin is far superior to anything else I have seen - it is well engineered and appears robust enough to justify their warranty.
The fitting was straight forward and can be achieved by a competent DIY person with a reasonable inventory of tools.
In my case the Merlin product lifts a double, steel framed, aluminium clad, door with ease and I am looking forward to a trouble free operation that even my wife got exicited about.
