Single Button Touch Sensitive Z-Wave Wall Switch

A designer Z-Wave wall switch without the designer price tag!

This neat touch sensitive wall switch features a 16A relay meaning it can be used to switch lighting, heaters or almost any mains powered device. It has an attractive white and clear plastic front which looks like a glass style switch. The circle area on the switch controls the relay, just touch the switch and it will switch the load on or off.

As standard, the LED around the switch is lit up blue when the switch is off and red when the switch is on. These lights can be controlled via Z-Wave parameters, meaning you can choose to either have no lighting when the switch is off, no lighting when the switch is on, or no lighting at either switch state.

The switch also features a memory function, enabled as standard, which will return the switch to it's most recent operating mode in the event of a power cut.

We've tested the switch with a Fibaro Home Center 2 and it includes easily as a switch device, and when the switch is controlled from the faceplate the status is correctly updated in the Fibaro UI. Due to it's standard device classes, this switch should work seamlessly with all major Z-Wave controllers (Smartthings, Vera, Domoticz, etc)
