UK Automation was the only place that I could find in the UK that could supply me with a serial cable for my CM11. An initial enquiry via email was met with a prompt reply and a link to the appropriate section of the website so that I could purchase the cable.
The communication during the order process was good and the item arrived well packaged and in a timely fashion. My only criticism would be the fractionally high postage costs but overall I am very happy with my purchase and I would certainly use UK Automation again.
